Goodreads asked Kenneth Edward Barnes:

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Kenneth Edward Barnes If you love to write never give up. I have been writing for 30 years. It took 20 years just to get a nationally published article. It took ten years to become an outdoor columnist. I also had to publish my own books. My reward is that people like my work. Do not write because you want to make money, most writers do not make much. Write because of what is in your heart. Write about what is important to you.
