Yes, as a matter of fact! Every single one of the comments that get made to Mrs. Garrett were ones that happened to me. She was sometimes quicker with answers than I was. Sometimes I just felt stunned, or so surprised that people would say that with my own little kids RIGHT THERE in front of them. But I have found that in general a lot of people mean well, they just can't imagine what it's like. I always feel embarrassed when people say something like "I can barely handle one". My answer for that is that that used to be the case for me too...and probably Mrs. Garrett. But then you see that with more to handle, you are also gifted with more love...and that makes handling everything much much easier.

I myself come from a big family (I'm the 2nd child of ten) and the way you described the Garrets it touched my heart, because sometimes that's us.
