I can't wait for this book, I've loved all of Sanderson's work. Only problem is now, whatever else I read doesn't interest me. Looking for a good read to get into while I wait out the next 18 months, any recommendations?

The Powder Mage Trilogy isn't bad. The author, Brian McClellan, was one of Sanderson's students, and the influence is pretty clear. Brent Weeks is good, too. I didn't like Night Angel all that much (though a lot of people would disagree with my assessment), but Lightbringer is really good. Of course, the last book in that series isn't out yet, but there are three good, long books to get into. The Moontide Quartet, by David Hair, is pretty interesting. I haven't read the last book yet, but I really liked the first 3. And there's always The Wheel of Time...
