Dear Mr Stroud, I'm a huge fan of your books! I would like to ask you about what you think will happen in the aftermath of ptolemy's gate. Will Kitty summon Bartimaeus and will they have adventures of thier own, redefining magician-spirit relationships? Please do write another Bartimaeus story! And I love that direction Lockwood is headed as well :)

Thank you! I may well write another Bartimaeus story one day, but I'd need it to work on its own terms, and not undermine what's gone before. I've always felt that Kitty and Bart would have met again... but exactly HOW has not yet been revealed...

Afraid I probably won't get to Hollow Boy today as want to refresh my memory of SS & WS first (which I'm doing now!) but I have one question, if I may. You might well have heard of an online role playing game called World of Warcraft, which I play. The upcoming new part to it features Demon Hunters and their lore reminds me of djinn... Might I ask your permission to call mine Bartimaeus? Please? x

It is a bit off topic, but I can't find the answers anywhere else on the internet - What was the difference between the Trow King and just the regular Trows, and how much of their original selves do they maintain (it seems Halli's uncle retained quite a bit of himself if he could knowingly help Halli..?) Also, was Halli a dwarf?
