What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Cal Matthews Write. I'm not a big fan of dedicating huge amounts of time to world-building or creating character sheets or whatever. You have to write. Do it all the time. Make notes on piece of paper or on your phone. If you don't write it down, you'll forget it and it's all about getting the words on paper.
