What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Katie Cook I love being creative in general, whether it's writing or painting or even gardening. It's my happy place. I would love to get to a point where I can do it full time. As a writer, you can create any world you want. The only limitation is your own imagination. I love sharing my books with young readers and having them ask me questions about all the characters; it makes me feel like my characters are real. They are real to me, and seeing them through children's eyes, breathes even more life into them.
