Thank you, Daniela! I've given a sequel quite a bit of thought, but for now am working on a different book which explores a different topic I feel strongly about. I'm glad to hear you're interested in abiogenesis! I didn't know much about it until I started doing research for the book. It was really interesting to learn about. Chemistry, too!

I loved this novel. With her intelligence, lack of filter, and social awkwardness Elizabeth struck me as being somewhere on the spectrum. Was this your intent or just my interpretation? My son is studying chemical engineering in Boston and reports about half of his classmates are female which I find very encouraging. Thanks for sharing the stories of the women who blazed trails for us!

Dear Bonnie, Lesson in Chemistry is my favorite fiction of the year! Both paper book and audible versions are simply fantastic; I couldn't put the book or my headphone down. I'm curious that how you came out with all those fun food recipes in the book and have you ever tried to make them in real life?
