Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Angelo Mifsud A colleague and I we're talking during a break, this was in 1977, about writing a novel. I said that it was easy to write a novel. My colleague gave a long stare and then said, "okay if it's that easy write one." Well, shock horror, I was surprised but as I always wanted to have a go I agreed.
Then over the next 30 years I tinkered with it until I retired in 2008 and then I was determined to finish it. And I'm pleased to say I have met the challenge and proud of my achievement.
