What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Su Meck The best thing about being a writer is WRITING!! And I hope to (some day) write full-time. I love seeing what is in my head appear on the paper or screen. I love writing all different kinds of things whether lyrics, poetry (silly, rather than serious), stories about people I don't even know, stories about my own experiences as mother/TBI survivor. I love writing to and about my kids. I love writing stories about our pets. I love being referred to as "an author," although sometimes I have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming about that :)
