Alene asked:

Is this book appropriate for a 15 year old boy? My son just read "Ready Player One" and loved it. I haven't read "The Fold" yet, and am hoping to get some feedback so I don't have to preread it. Thanks!

Evan Hammerman If your son loved Ready Player One, he will love Cline's current book, Armada. He does know that they are making a movie based on Ready Player One?
Charles "The Fold" has some disturbing parts, especially toward the end, where numerous people are killed during a combat scene, but the violence is treated seriously, not glorified. There is one short sex scene but it isn't graphic or vulgar. So, whether the book is suitable for a 15 year old or not might depend on his maturity level, but I doubt there is anything in the book that would shock or upset him.

I would recommend the book "14" also by Peter Clines. It is sort of a prequel to "The Fold" though "14" is only loosely connected to the events in "The Fold".
