Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

I.D. Locke My most recent novel is ZA: And The Dead Shall Rise. I've always loved the zombie genre and wanted to write a story that takes place during the ZA. Characters popped up and spoke to me and I was off and running. It took a while to write as it's just a bit over 100K but I'm very happy with the story and hope that when it comes out (it's in the edit phase with my publisher right now), people will enjoy the story.
