They were 15 when kidnapped and Sophie was 17 by the end of the Last Ever After, so they're probably around 16 years old.
I don't know about Tedros, but I would assume that he is the same age.

By now, they must be 13 to 14 years old because in the last book, they are 15.

Actually Sophie and Agatha are 15 in the first book, and Tedros is 13 yes I know that age gap is weird but it is what it is.

In the school for good and evil #2, Tedros said that he takes over the kingdom (something like that) when he turns 16. because he said that I'm guessing that he is about 14-15. Sophie and Agatha, are probably 14 since they weren't kidnapped like a year ago. (I just finished this book so I wouldn't know if they mention their ages later on in the series.)
