Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Barbara Delinsky BLUEPRINTS was inspired by friends. So many women I know, who have built challenging and fulfilling careers, are now in their 50’s and 60’s and are being pushed aside by younger women. Do men get pushed aside when their hair turns gray? Absolutely not. They gain gravitas. The gender gap in this realm is something we need to discuss.
