I have an outline of each chapter, so when I get to a point where I have no idea what to say, I just ramble about what is happening in the scene, usually with a lot of "blah blah blah", until sudden inspiration hits. Eventually, I can go back and fill in the red "blah blah blah"s with something a little more poignant.
