Is Penny Reid a pen name? Because it sounds like the greatest pen name ever! I know pen names are supposed to be for anonymity and since you have pictures and videos this doesn't seems to be a problem and it doesn't really matter if it's a pen name or a birth name, but seriously this has been on my mind for a while and I just have to ask.

Hey Penny! I just finished reading Grin and Beard It and I absolutely enjoyed the book! IT IS SO GODDAMN AMAZING! I HAVE NO WORDS! But, would you ever write a story about Dave, the bodyguard in the future? I've gotten kind of attached to him. And maybe about Jennifer? Her story would be so interesting to read, I'm sure.
