Lila reminds me too much of the girls who were mean to me when I was growing up, and the women who are mean to me now. My gut response to Lila is that she's a selfish solipsist, but given that she also spends a good deal of her time taking care of others, I have to admit that it's not that simple. In a nutshell, I would not want to be friends with Lila, but I think I could be good friends with Lenú.(less)
