Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

C.H. Clepitt It recently came to my attention through a news article on the internet that there is a lot of violence against transgender people, much of which goes unreported. Most of my writing carries the message of mutual respect and acceptance, and I wanted to use the Sci Fi Genre to take this a step further. By having a lead character that has no gender I am hopefully asking people to change their expectations and explore things from a different angle. Of course it is still fun and exciting, it wouldn't be my style if it wasn't!!
