Did you mean an anal hook? I don't think there's any such thing as a penis hook - which, uh, is probably a good thing because it sounds awful.
An anal hook is, uh, exactly what it says on the tin. It's a curved piece of metal with either with a rounded end or a ball end and a ring at the other.
It ... um ... looks/seems worse than it is.
