My fix to getting stuck on writing is to just keep writing, even if I have no clue where I'm going with something. I've found that some of my best plot points get even better when I just allow the random items to flow out, usually through dialogue, until something new makes sense and I see the next point.
Of course, this usually means thousands and thousands of words get thrown out once I finally deal with the editing process, but although I may have fixed the blockage, the stuff I actually wrote isn't worth all that much itself.
