Do you have a playlist or something you listen to while writing to get inspiration? If so, what band/singer/song (s)?

N.B. Roberts Hi Cece, thanks for your interesting question! I love a variety of music, although I find it too distracting to listen to while writing. I have playlists for when I take short breaks or am doing my research. If I’m planning to write something dark and/or poetic, I might listen to Radiohead, Bjork, Enigma, The Art of Noise, Kate Bush, The Cure, Pink Floyd, Fiona Apple… well, there are many that inspire me! I have a little obsession with buying movie soundtracks too, which always introduce me to new artists and sounds. Like you, I love 80’s music! :)
