J.R. Rice Thanks for asking. The creature was a natural mutation. Most of my creatures are based in science, but there are sometimes a supernatural element to my stories. There is no synopsis or release date for Dark Flyers at this time, but it will drop later this year. The creature is not a Ishkitini, or a thunderbird. but that was an interesting guess. Thanks!
