It's Amazon being ... weird for no particular reason. Basically it's in limbo awaiting release, although my publisher are working on it.
We were hoping it would be available today but ... so far there's still nothing from Amazon. It is available everywhere else and you can get it direct from the publishers site in mobi format: http://www.riptidepublishing.com/titl...
