The book I'm working on now, Generous Lies, was inspired by a situation in my own family. My eldest son is a recovery addict (thank God for the "recovering" part of that!) This story is about a man whose son is dealing with addiction. I tend to work through my emotions in story, so that's what this is. Of course, I've added a fun suspense plot to make it more interesting. I hope readers like it!

Robin, I loved your Convenient Lies story. It was a fast-paced thriller with a great romance story in there. My question though is about the one thing I found a wee bit unrealistic - Have you ever had a baby who was as well behaved or as easy to care for as "Johnny" when only a few weeks old? I have brought up 4 children and cared for 8 grandchildren, and I wish.....:)
