I do know her very well--but she's also always changing (as we all are as we grow up. What we like and don't like--and who we like and don't like--is in constant flux, shifting as our tastes change and our lives change.)
So of course I have my own theories, and I know who she likes at the moment (which is very clear in the books) but I really honestly don't know what will happen at the end, because all of the big things that Sophie still has to face, and all of the growing up she has to do. All of that will very likely change her mind in many complicated ways. But never fear, just because I can't tell you now doesn't mean you'll never get an answer. Basically: patience. The series definitely hasn't finished yet. :)
