Shannon Messenger Awwww, thank you so much! And you know, it was a very gradual process. I didn't have any sort of INSTANT MOMENT OF INSPIRATION where the whole series came to me in a dream. It came piece by piece, bit by bit, and some of it I always discover as I write each book. Basically, my imagination never shuts down and I always have my eyes open for new ideas. :)
