Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Keith Gillison I get most of my ideas for stories when I'm either in the bath or in bed, trying to get to sleep. I think when the mind is relaxing the imagination can take over. The idea for The Boss Killers just came to me when I was taking a walk. I had this idea of a man having his annual appraisal and in his head he was saying all the things he wanted to say to his annoying boss. That's where the idea started and I just thought 'I wonder what would happen next'?
