What inspired you to write about Asian men and Black women? I just like to say, you are one of the few writers whose books drew me in and got me emotionally involved. I believe the last book that did that was, Zora Neale Hurston "There Eyes was watching God" or could it have been Alex Haley "Malcolm X. Both terrific books.

Raven St. Pierre Hi, Dee! Great question and I'm gonna be honest... there are beautiful men of every race, in my opinion, so I aim to represent them all eventually lol. I have a story about two Native American men, one with three sexy African-American brothers, two I'm working on with Hispanic male leads, and one I'm mulling over with a Samoan hero. So, AJ being Japanese was my shout out to all the handsome Asian men out there, and I hope I did them justice :)
