Honestly? I stop and back up on what I'm writing. I've found that when I get writer's block, one or more of the characters are trying to tell me "Hey! I wouldn't do that!" or "Hey! Wait a minute! You forgot something!"
So, I back up a few paragraphs and try again. A few times its been a whole chapter!
