My favorite book in the world is Hit and Run. What gave you the inspiration to write such a touching book?

Lurlene McDaniel Comas have always interested me. What is going on inside a comatose victims brain? The brain never sleeps, but the consciousness is trapped...so what was her brain doing while time and real life passed her by? I let my imagination take over. HIT AND RUN was a creative challange and exciting for me to write. So glad you liked it!
