How do you name your characters? Which resources do you use?

Sarah Grimm My main characters usually come to me and 'tell' me their name. (yes, I realize how crazy that makes me sound. lol) The secondary characters aren't always as easy to name. When I get stuck I pull out my 'The Best Baby Name Book'.
