okay, what do you think about c.e.r.n. in being used against civilians, how is it possible to proove a cybercrime if its done by the goverment using the weapons of information and ignorance or lack of knowledge against humanity tendency to only act in desesperation with the use of reptilian brain and frequencies?

I am not too sure about C.E.R.N
Have not read much about it nor have I heard any theories about it being used against civilians.
I do think there will be some serious ethical decisions to make as technologies advance to the point where they start majorly inflicting civil liberties.
