What inspired you to write Trial by Fire? By the way, it was fantastic!

Josephine Angelini Oh, thank you! I'm so glad you liked it. I was inspired by a late night notion that if I ever met another version of myself I would be my own worst enemy. That, and I grew up in Massachusetts, and I aways wanted to write about the Salem witch trials.
