Peebee asked Beth Harbison:

I'm confused about your Elizabeth vs. Beth author name. Do I have it right that you used to be Elizabeth (under Harlequin) and now you're writing as Beth, but some of your older books are being re-released (or still available, perhaps) under Elizabeth?

Beth Harbison That's right - I wrote as Elizabeth Harbison for Harlequin/Silhouette and Beth Harbison for St. Martin's Press. Harlequin has done two re-releases, digital only, and they put "Beth Harbison" on the cover, which is probably where the confusion is coming from. They are doubles, two books in one, and they're books I'm proud of but they are not the same as my single titles for SMP. You can always tell if it's a new book by checking the publisher and date. Thanks for asking!
