If we're talking Anne of Cleves, I think her brother definitely has a weird obsession with her body. It's ambiguous whether it's sexual per se, but he definitely feels a need to possess her, and his bodily obsession is part of that. Anne was the only sister who would stand up to him when they were kids, and that always bothered him, and he always looks for some way to reign her in.

I don't think Anne of Cleves and her brother had an incestuous relationship. Anne of Cleves is decent and honest. Her brother definitely gets some sort of thrill from dominating her- and the scene where he watches secretly as her mother spanks her bare bottom definitely shows a sexual element in HIS VIEW OF HER, but I don't think for a moment that she felt the same or that there was any incestuous relationship.

There was no evidence Anne Boleyn actually slept with her brother or committed adultery with anyone. Henry wanted a son, and Anne did not provide one. She had a girl, and then, some evidence exists the she had a miscarriage. Henry's attention soon moved to Jane Seymour, and he was willing to invent charges to get rid of his wife, including the charge that she was a witch. Anne, of course, had seduced Henry from his first queen, Katherine of Aragon.

Are you asking about Anne of Cleves' brother or Anne Boleyn's brother?

In The Other Boleyn Girl George is killed because he is accused of incest with Anne. Their sister, Mary, doesn't entirely discount the accusation, though she doesn't speak for or against at any sort of trial.

I think the author keeps the reader questioning this until the end of the book. I got the sense that Jane (the wife) testified against George just out of hurt or spite because she was jealous of Anne and George's close relationship, that she felt shut out of.
