Are you going to write short stories on the Keepers of the Lost Cities? I absolutely LOVE it when authors write short stories (Rick Riordan) because it feels like we get to know the characters outside of their "comfort zone". Are you going to write a epilogue (J.K. Rowling)? I also love it when authors write terrific epilogues that put the characters in the "happy stage" of life. Better yet, could you do both?

Shannon Messenger All of these fall into the "maybe" category. I am planning at least one short story, but I won't have time to write it until I catch up on quite a few deadlines. So it'll be a while. And I have no idea if I'll do more than that one. As for the epilogue, that's something my editor and I would both have to decide and agree on, so it's not just up to me.
