I think hard work is more valuable than inspiration, but when hard work doesn't seem to be doing it for me, I try to get away. It can be as simple as going for a walk, playing a computer, game, or working outside, but getting away from my computer can really help me start to feel motivated again. It also gives me an opportunity to look for new ideas in different places--the internet is only so helpful.
