I understand that your Degree books should be read in order but does each one end in a cliffhanger or is there some resolution?

Taylor V. Donovan Hi, Andrea. By Degrees has continued story lines. The first two books highlight Sam and Mac's relationship and as far as that goes, there are resolutions in both books that fit them as a couple. The rest of the story arcs move forward with each installment, so you're not stuck in the same place by the end of the books. :-)
