What does the Title mean?

As Kges1901 said, it is from the song "The Battle Hymn of the Republic". The first stanza is:
Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord;
He is trampling out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored;
He hath loosed the fateful lightning of His terrible swift sword:
His truth is marching on.

For me, it means that the oppression the migrants are under is building up. One day, all the insults and degradations they have suffered will come to a head. The fruit of that wrath will lead to the migrants overcoming their oppression.(less)
