Goodreads asked Gerald Greene:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Gerald Greene I do my best to put BIC and write something nearly every day. Anything. Usually the ideas will start to flow. I review often and decide if it's the right stuff to advance my story.
If nothing comes out the way I like, I take short breaks and read someone else for awhile. That usually clears and focuses the mind and encourages me to get back to work..
