Is Rachel Hawkins writing a fourth book? I know this book was published in 2012, but it was sort of left on a cliff hanger when Archer ran off to the Eye again.

I'm not sure what you're talking about with Archer running off to the Eye at the end...the ending is not that, so I dunno if you got an unfinished ARC, or if there were pages missing, or what...but...yeah, this book ends pretty satisfactorily.
