Yes, from what I can see, she has published the series under the pseudonym juliet dark in America and has published the same series under her real name in England. The name of the series and 'The Water Witch' seem to be the same and they seem to be the same books.

Yes, it seems in America it is called Demon Lover and in the UK it is called Incubus.I do not know what other countries share either titles.
