Hello! I loved your books Pivot Point and The Distance Between Us. My question is about your writing process. When you are writing a novel, do you write it all from beginning to end or do you skip around? I find that when I write, I have so many ideas I want to flesh out a little and save for later, but then I feel like I'm not making progress because I have so many 5-page parts that don’t connect. How do you do it?

Thank you so much. As for your question, mostly I write chronologically. But sometimes, if I have a scene I don't want to forget, or that is really strong in my mind, I'll write it and then fill in the space between the two scenes later. But sometimes if I write the "fun" scenes, then I never want to write the connectors. So I have to force myself to write to the fun scenes. They are my reward for writing the in between stuff. :) You'll figure out your process though. Everyone writes differently. Just keep writing and trying different ways and you'll learn what works best for you.

I just finished The Fill-In Boyfriend which is so much more to the title, for the love of God! Anyway, it was the first time ever a book really made me cry. Like "bawl my eyes out" crying. Honestly I just loved it. So anyway, my question is would you ever write a sequel or a companion novel for The Fill-In Boyfriend??? #itmademewriteascene #omg
