It's a novel for adult readership. It's difficult to give an age-rating. It all depends on you. Will you get socked reading about drugs? Or acts of violence?
Anyway if you're up to 15 years old you won't have problems.
I really like this book and I LOVE Rowling's writing style ( I've started reading her books at the age of 8 and I've never stopped!)
