I was looking at "Wicked Intentions" and I noticed that you were able to link from the Chapter Titles in the ToC to the individual Chapters.

I have a publisher that formats both my print books and my ebooks. I'm not involved in that process at all. I suggest that you join one of the indy or self-publishing discussion groups online to have your questions answered.

I'm a big reader of series books because I always wonder about secondary minor characters especially if they are quite entertaining. Do you have a favorite series that you can't wait for the next release? (besides your own LOL Love Maiden Lane hope to see it go to at least 12)
