Would you ever write about how Rome fell? Like arrival of the Huns/ migration of the Visigoths, the rise of Byzantium, and the spread of Christianity that lead to the loss of traditional Roman values?…Or how the Roman legions had grown considerably weaker by the time of Constantine and how they had to hire foreign mercenaries?

Probably not - late Empire doesn't interest me as much. About the latest in Rome's history I'd want to go is Diocletian, who was a very interesting guy and possibly has potential for a book someday!

Hi Kate, I love your Daughters of Rome series and was super sad to learn it is over - it was like watching a tv series you didn't want to end. My thanks for writing these gems. My question is this, with such strong female characters that you craft, have you ever considered telling a story about the Amazons in Ancient Greece or the women who fought alongside their men in Genghis Khan's Mongolia?
