I own the whole LOTR trilogy and I intend to buy The Hobbit and The Silmarillion. In which order do you recomend reading these? (I've seen all the movies, but have not read any of the books).

It will just all make more sense that way and there will be less chance of getting hung up on the Silmarillion and not making it through the rest. And that can happen. But enjoy it however you choose to read it if you haven't already. They are all great books. (less)
