Sorry to disappoint you :( I am actually really interested in writing a romance--some day--about a couple navigating their relationship (since it's a being in love is a totally different dynamic than falling in love).
But I do feel Ash and Darian's story is sort of ... well ... not complete, but it's a good place to leave them. I mean, it's not like Ash's Depression is ever going to be fixed--or even that he's going to become a nice person ;)
But I think they're probably happy together and I'll try to give them a cameo in some book some day :)
