And I look forward to seeing you, Amy! It's probably best to ask the questions during the Q&A, as the bookstore has loads for me to do once I have completed the main signing and they need it done before the store closes, so they usually like me to move on to the next job fairly quickly before they show me the door! The only thing I don't like is all the flying I have to do - I am a terrible flyer, and being on book tour means being on an airplane every day, which for me is a special kind of hell for however long I am in the air.

I don't know how old you are (and I'm too much of a gentleman to ask) but do you envisage writing about Maisie for many years yet (hoping ardently the answer is yes!) and what age do you think she will be when you run out of things to say about her? Are there any other characters with a story or stories to tell?

Dear Jacqueline, I love that "March is Maisie Month," what a great idea! I don't really have a ? at this point as you've done a great job of answering any I did have on your website & your responses to other questions. Just wanted to say I adore Maisie as a character & love the whole series. I work at a library & love that I can (and do!) recommend Maisie to such a broad range of patrons (& subsequent fans!)
