It varies a bit depending on my schedule and deadlines, but when I'm drafting, I try to get at least 1,000 words written before lunch, because I've found that the later in the day, the less likely I am to start. I then switch to editing/answering emails/other tasks in the afternoon, go to the gym before dinner, and pick up work again for an hour or two in the evening.
