What has been the most valuable author platform tool for you in promoting and selling your books?

Kristin Harmel Very sorry for the delay! For some reason, I never saw this question! To be honest, I'm much better at the actual writing of the novels than I am at promoting them in a sensible, consistent way (which makes me very grateful that I have a publishing company to do much of that for me). I enjoy interacting with readers via Facebook, Twitter and my web site, but I'm not sure if that necessarily counts as an author platform tool!
